We do not ask for passport/ID numbers, bank details or copies of identity documents through the public website. The site has no account backend and does not run a data-collection form; the invitation link opens your email client.
To respond to your request, manage membership of the private circle, and — only if you have opted in — send occasional confidential opportunity summaries. Jamell introduces parties only and does not provide investment advice, negotiate terms or handle funds.
Depending on the context: steps prior to a contract / membership relationship, legitimate interests in B2B professional contact, and/or your consent for ongoing opportunity emails.
We do not sell personal data. Where an introduction proceeds, relevant contact details may be shared with the company or principal after the process agreed with them (including any required registration step). Advisers bound by confidentiality may assist us operationally.
We keep membership and correspondence data only as long as needed for the relationship, legal claims or accounting — then delete or anonymise.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and withdraw consent for opportunity emails at any time (reply “unsubscribe”). You may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
